Garlic-Lime Pork Chops

Reviewed on Aug. 2, 2008 by My soul cleaveth unto the dust
This was really good except I think the cilantro can be cut back some. Definitely make sure you save some marinade for after the pork chops are done. I used the George Foreman grill and these took 7 minutes and came out nice and tender.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

Reviewed on Aug. 2, 2008 by My soul cleaveth unto the dust
Reviewers said to lower the pepper count, I disagree. 5 serrano peppers is not too hot. I might even say add more if you like spicy salsa. Other than that, I added some avocado which was good. However in the fridge after a day this salsa gets very liquidy. But still, it's very good. I was expecting it to be like the salsa in the picture or salsa from the store with the diced tomato and onion, but it was somewhat mushy so I only gave it 4 stars. I will definitely make again.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed on Apr. 15, 2008 by My soul cleaveth unto the dust
Excellent. I'm not a fan of sweet, the garlic was what turned me onto this recipe. It doesn't taste of garlic nor of honey, but has a great blended taste. Due to lack of soy sauce I used half worchester and half stir fry sauce, also I halved the salt because of reviewers saying it was too salty. Came out great, this will be how I make meatballs from now on. 5 stars.
