Coconut Shrimp I

SUPER EASY! I learned that it's best to use the biggest shrimp you can find and make sure that your oil is hot enough. SO GOOD!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I've never really been a fan of tuna salad. I don't like raw celery. This one is simply amazing. I'm a huge curry fan. It's hard to wait for the flavors to really develop. I can see myself making this on a bi-weekly basis.
