I have to say I was shocked that everyone thought this one was so good. I followed the recipe to a "T"... but thought this lasagna was nowhere near all the effort it took to make it. It was a "fine" lasagna, but no 5 stars. I think it could have double the ricotta and why do we waste noodles? I could have made an extra layer of noodles if there had been nearly enough ricotta filling. The extra sauce just seemed like a waste to me when if you doubled the ricotta portion and made the rest of the noodles you'd have had a thicker lasagna and no leftover sauce! I wont' ever spend another 3 hours making this one.
