Soft Apple Butter Delights

I'm sorry but I can only give this two stars. The taste wasn't bad, but I lightly greased my cookie sheets and they still stuck like mad. Also, the cookies spread so thin they were almost like pancakes...so sad.

Sunflower Oatmeal Cookies

I made these exactly as the recipe describes, they were good. I love coconut and I like sunflower seeds, but I think I would like them better as coconut-raisin oatmeal cookies. I'm going to take them in to work tomorrow for additional opinions. I would make them again though. Thanks for sharing.
