About me:
 I love to cook, it has been a passion of mine for years. I believe it's more the fact that I love to eat than anything else. Going out to new restaurants is great, but cooking a meal myself gives me the pleasure of creating my own dishes. Sometimes when I can't decide what to cook for dinner I'll rummage through the cabinets and the fridge and my family is served one of my "creations". Most of the time they come out really great, but there are those times when I should have left that idea alone. Recipes are a great way to get ideas and I love experimenting and combining different recipes, but my favorite way to cook is to create my own recipes. I come from a family of cooks and my favorite childhood memories are those spent in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother. Now I cook for my own family and enjoy it immensely. The only thing I don't like is doing the dishes afterwards!

Barbecue Ribs

I've tried a lot of rib recipes but this one is by far my favorite!! Now a staple in my home I love these ribs!!! I made this for a bbq we had recently and everyone couldn't stop raving about them for days!!! I still get calls from my friends asking for this recipe!!! YUMMY!!!

I used this recipe for the rub and ended up following everything to a tee all my guests were in awe of my "skills" thanks for this wonderful recipe

Burrito Pie

This was pretty good. I followed some of the other reviews and used taco seasoning instead of sauce and then spread the beans on the tortillas (face down) instead of mixing with the meat. Next time I will layer 2 tortillas each time rather than one.
